Focuses on the catering in Union House. Includes the floor plan, elevations, ceiling, and light plan for restaurant, coffee shop, arcade, and bar. Drawings in the group: UH.HK.1 to UH.HK.8. The Union House was re-constructed from 1958 to 1962, and renamed as Swire House in 1976 and demolished in 1998. Chater House was then built on the site of former Swire House and completed construction in 2002.
