The centre of the painting shows the young Chinese Premier, Zhou Enlai visiting a Korean family. He looks relaxed as he shares an enjoyable moment with the family. A portrait of Mao Zedong hangs on the back wall in a prominent and strategically placed position above Zhou. The bright colour palette suggests a harmonious cohabitation of Chinese and Koreans during the revolution period.
