The End of the Road—In the rooms of the Chinese Nationalist refugees in Rennie's Mills, General Chiang Kai-shek's picture in splendid uniform and noble pose is always present. The man in the foreground was an officer in the Nationalist underground movement. Now he can't go to Formosa because he needs someone to guarantee for him. 路的盡頭──國民黨人逃港後在調景嶺所居住的房間裏，總是掛着蔣介石將軍身穿華麗軍服、姿勢英挺的相片。此照片前景的男子曾是國民黨秘密行動的軍官。因為去台灣需要別人擔保，他現時無法成行。
