Applicants must be permanent residents of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region or individuals holding a valid Hong Kong work visa.

Candidates with teaching experience in schools, cultural institutions, or social welfare organisations will be given priority consideration. Recent graduates majoring in education or related fields of cultural arts are encouraged to apply.

M+ Educators should:

• Possess strong organisational and communication skills and be able to delivery programmes based on predetermined learning objectives and expected outcomes;
• Prepare lesson plans in advance, participate in tour training, and engage in other professional development events;
• Assist in creating and preparing guided tour and workshop materials and equipment;
• Be confident in communicating and interacting with audiences from diverse backgrounds;
• Be fluent in at least two of the following languages: Cantonese, English, and/or Mandarin; and
• Be available to work on weekday evenings or weekends in special circumstances.
