As an M+ Educator, you will:

• lead school visits and workshops at M+ using suitable pedagogies according to participants’ ages and abilities;
• deliver engaging and conversational paid museum tours;
• deliver learning programmes in the museum and community venues;
• communicate with the M+ Learning and Interpretation team to develop, deliver, review, and enhance our learning programmes;
• exchange ideas and experiences with other M+ Educators in evaluation meetings, and;
• attend a series of paid training sessions to enrich your knowledge of the M+ Collections, current exhibitions, and museum learning strategies.

• are curious about visual culture and museum learning;
• have a background or are interested in visual art, design, architecture, moving image, Hong Kong visual culture, cultural studies, humanities, cultural management, or museum studies;
• are a student or a fresh graduate who wish to pursue a career in arts and culture and the learning and creative industries;
• are willing to discover the connections between museum objects and knowledge of different disciplines;
• are confident in interacting with various types of audiences (experience in teaching, leading tours or programmes, or engaging people with disabilities is an advantage);
• are well-organised and be able to deliver learning programmes according to teaching plans, and;
• are fluent in Cantonese, English, or Mandarin.

M+ Educator applications are open to both permanent residents of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and non-permanent residents with valid working visas in Hong Kong.
