Bugonia

A high-power female executive (Emma Stone) has been kidnapped by two conspiracy theorists (Jesse Plemons and Aidan Delbis), who believe she is an alien plotting to destroy Earth. Greek Weird Wave auteur Yorgos Lanthimos reunites with Stone for another freaky adventure—this time with a sci-fi twist. A remake of the Korean dark comedy Save the Green Planet! (2003), Bugonia finds amusement in a world spiralling into madness, driven by environmental crises, corporate greed, and late capitalism.
