Participants may sit on the floor during the programme. We recommend participants to wear comfortable clothing to freely participate in the activity.

Chairs can be provided for participants who are elderly, pregnant, or others who may require seating. Please reach out to our on-site staff for further assistance during the programme.

The event will be cancelled, no matter when the signals are lowered, if:

▪ Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above is issued at or after 07:00, or

▪ Black Rainstorm Warning is issued at or after 07:00.
