We can have fun with printmaking even with the simplest tools and materials.
Zao Wou-Ki once described printmaking as ‘almost a game’. This drop-in family event is designed for the M+ Special Exhibition Zao Wou-Ki: Master Printmaker. Through exploring Zao Wou-Ki’s print works and his spirit of experimentation, children and adults will explore the use of daily objects playfully and engage in various techniques related to printmaking, producing their own unique prints by overlaying textured patterns.
The event aims to inspire participants’ innate curiosity and creativity, encouraging them to be bold and to try new things like Zao Wou-Ki, expressing themselves artistically through their own choices.
