Experience the use and variation of colour in printmaking.
The print works of artist Zao Wou-Ki embody his spirit of experimentation. This drop-in family event is designed for the M+ Special Exhibition Zao Wou-Ki: Master Printmaker. Children and adults will explore the role of colour in the printmaking process, mixing colours and layering paints to discover the unexpected and playful results that emerge between control and chance.
The event aims to inspire children’s curiosity and creativity, and the uncertainty of the printing results allows them to understand that creation is a continuous process of experimentation.
