Kiyotomo sushi bar
Omakase at the museum? Step into Shiro Kuramata’s 1988 Tokyo sushi bar. We preserved its original interior—one of the few by Kuramata that remains intact. From the curved cedar ceiling and backlit acrylic lights to the polished granite counter, the materials feel refined, with playful details throughout.

Talk about shoebox apartments! Can you imagine living in a capsule that’s only 108 square feet? Discover Kisho Kurokawa’s 1972 Metabolist icon—removable capsules with round windows and built-in furniture signify futuristic living. Take a closer look at one of Tokyo Ginza’s 140 units, fully restored after the building’s demolition in 2022.
