We particularly welcome the participation of staff from registered charities and non-profit organisations, academic researchers, cultural and arts practitioners, artists, as well as psychotherapy and counselling professionals.

Community and Access Taster Programmes 

Participants will join the M+ learning team for an insightful briefing to learn about how M+ curates diverse learning programmes for community and access audiences, turning the museum into a platform that promotes creative practices and mental well-being. Following the briefing, participants will take part in experiential activities in groups, and get the chance to exchange ideas and connect with both the M+ team and fellow peers. We have prepared four unique themed activities for participants to choose from—please select your preferred option on the registration form.

Successful registrants of the morning session will receive a wristband at the registration desk on the day of the event. With this wristband, you can participate in the activities in this session and enjoy free access to all M+ galleries after the event concludes.

‘Creative Ageing Programme: Wondrous Age’ Research Findings Sharing

As M+’s first multi-session series designed for older adults, the ‘Creative Ageing Programme: Wondrous Age’ has been dedicatedly offering diverse creative activities since 2024, exploring how art appreciation and creative practices can be gradually transformed into cultural resources that promote the health and well-being of older adults. To this end, M+ partnered with the Centre on Behavioral Health at The University of Hong Kong to conduct programme evaluation, aiming to understand older adults’ experiences of arts engagement and its impacts on their psychosocial wellbeing.

This sharing session consists of three parts:

Part One: Curatorial Approach and Implementation Experience
