Scholars from Guangzhou and Hong Kong will join M+ curators in a conversation considering Canton Modern: Art and Visual Culture, 1900s–1970s and the questions it raises from the perspectives of art history, cultural studies, and regional historiography. Admission

Visitors can purchase exhibition tickets onsite or online. Events, and cinema screenings may require separate tickets. Children ages 6 and below do not need a ticket.

M+ is open from Tuesdays to Thursdays, weekends, and public holidays, from 10:00 to 18:00. On Friday nights, the museum is open late until 22:00. We are closed on Mondays. Last entry to the M+ galleries is thirty minutes before closing.
