Onboard a ‘home design’ journey and see how design objects on display in the museum relate to our daily lives. Together, we will look at daily objects and discuss what makes a ‘good’ design by exploring the ideas that designers put into practice. After visiting the galleries, create your uniquely designed home object using materials found in everyday life by combining elements of visual culture in a workshop.

Are there people living in the galleries? Let's take a closer look at elements like shapes, lines, and colours of the objects on display and find hidden ‘people’ in them. Participants will observe their appearances and emotions and give them a new look in a post-tour workshop through activities such as drawing or collage making.
